Every month, **Lilia** sends **Malika** the account information and salary sheets (**HÜL file**) for the previous month.

## Monthly checks

Malika checks that the records received from Lilia match the OSC's records in the [OSC_Finances](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cexk9LQYYLYFPA8I-d4RoTmvLMr56Ir7ljW-YVteZss/edit?usp=sharing) document.

## OSC_Finances sheet

The document contains:

- **One sheet per account**, including:
  - individual grants
  - Haushalt
  - internal and external income
  - expenses account
  - other relevant accounts
- **One sheet for HiWi contracts**, including their duration and costs.
- **One sheet for grants**, listing:
  - grants applied for
  - amount received
  - deadline to spend the funds
- **One sheet for transponders**, including the transponder ID provided to each HiWi and the date of return.
