Welcome! These materials focus on how to take action and address challenges within Open Research. Awareness of our own spheres of influence is an important step towards positive change. These materials put into practice the skills learned about effective leadership using case studies that featuring challenges such as doing a preregistration and navigating large-scale collaborations. Equipped with a diverse set of strategies, Open Research leaders can then more confidently apply them to own research and teaching contexts.
The case study series on leadership in Open Research is co-developed by the LMU Open Science Center and the Framework for Open and Reproducible Research Training (FORRT).
